Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the website branch-signal.com and engaging our vehicle rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or our services.
Definitions
In these Terms of Use:
- "We," "Us," "Our" refers to branch-signal
- "You," "Your" refers to the user or customer
- "Services" refers to our vehicle rental services

- "Vehicle" refers to any motor vehicle rented through our services
Rental Services
Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from us, you must:
- Be at least 25 years of age
- Hold a valid full driving licence issued in the United Kingdom or an internationally recognized licence
- Have held your driving licence for a minimum of 3 years
- Provide valid identification and proof of address
- Have no major driving convictions in the past 5 years
Booking and Reservation
When you submit a reservation request through our website:
- Your request constitutes an offer to rent a vehicle
- We will confirm availability and accept your booking via email within 48 hours
- A binding contract is formed only upon our written confirmation
- We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion
Payment Terms
Payment for rental services is subject to the following terms:
- All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable
- A deposit of 30% is required upon booking confirmation
- Full payment is due 48 hours before vehicle collection
- Payment can be made by bank transfer or major credit/debit cards
- A refundable security deposit is required at the time of collection
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before collection: full refund minus 10% administration fee
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before collection: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before collection: no refund
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided
Vehicle Collection and Return
Collection and return of vehicles are subject to the following:
- Vehicles must be collected and returned at our Kensington location during agreed hours
- You must present your driving licence and identification at collection
- A full vehicle inspection will be conducted at both collection and return
- Late returns are subject to additional charges at the daily rate, pro-rated hourly after a 1-hour grace period
Use of Vehicle
You agree to:
- Use the vehicle in a careful and responsible manner
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
- Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes or commercial transport without prior written agreement
- Not allow any other person to drive the vehicle unless they are named as an additional driver and meet our eligibility criteria
- Not take the vehicle outside the United Kingdom without prior written consent
- Not smoke in the vehicle
- Not transport pets without prior arrangement
Insurance and Liability
Our rental rates include comprehensive insurance coverage with the following provisions:
- Standard excess applies as specified in your rental agreement
- Insurance is void if the vehicle is used in breach of these terms
- You are liable for any damage to the vehicle resulting from negligence or breach of terms
- You are responsible for parking fines, congestion charges, and traffic violations during the rental period
Vehicle Condition and Maintenance
You agree to:
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition during the rental period
- Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately
- Not attempt repairs without our prior authorization
- Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, allowing for reasonable wear and tear

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of branch-signal and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
User Conduct
